This section explains both the structural foundation of Quepass and how that structure translates into real-world mobility. The system is built on defined capability pillars and experienced as frictionless movement.

1. The Core Building Blocks

Quepass is built on interconnected platform layers that operate across administrative control, client operations, and end-user interaction.

1. Administrative Control Layer

The Admin Dashboard provides centralized platform oversight, including system analytics, audit visibility, user journey monitoring, activity logs, client management, licensing, billing, service status, resident search, sandbox management, and support operations. This layer ensures governance, compliance, financial control, and operational stability across the entire ecosystem.

2. Client Operations Layer

The Client Dashboard enables organizations to manage their own environments, including audit tracking, user journeys, activity logs, customer management, event lifecycle management, SDK configuration, licensing, billing visibility, resident search, sandbox users, settings, and support access. This layer empowers clients with operational control while maintaining structured governance.

3. Identity & Verification Engine

The Identity Engine powers biometric validation, document verification, face authentication, UID-based verification, transaction validation, and biometric search capabilities. It supports authentication flows, customer search, face capture, and kiosk-based continuous detection.

4. Event & Registration Management Layer

The Event Management module enables participant registration, face capture enrollment, ticket or QR issuance, and structured event lifecycle tracking. It supports multiple check-in modes including kiosk face, kiosk QR, face-based check-in, and QR-based check-in.

5. SDK & Integration Layer

Quepass provides SDK modules that allow biometric authentication, transaction verification, face-based search, and continuous kiosk validation to be embedded directly into web or mobile applications.

6. Monitoring & Governance Layer

Audit logs, activity tracking, user journey analytics, system status monitoring, financial tracking, and multi-tenant oversight ensure that every action within the platform is measurable, traceable, and compliant.

7. End-User Interaction Layer

Through web or mobile applications, users can register using document and face biometric verification, authenticate securely, perform transactions, check into events, and interact with identity workflows in a structured and frictionless manner.

2. A Day in the Life with Quepass

While the system operates through structured layers, the user experience unfolds through simple, predictable moments.

1. Pre-Arrival

Before arrival, participants receive digital confirmation of their approval status. This eliminates uncertainty and reduces dependency on on-site clarification or manual checks.

2. Arrival

At the entry point, biometric validation confirms identity within seconds. The process is fast and touchless, minimizing queue anxiety and maintaining smooth movement.

3. Validation

During validation, the system evaluates approval status and identity data instantly. Manual verification is replaced by structured decisioning, reducing friction and human error.

4. Post-Entry

After entry, every interaction is logged within the system. Operational dashboards update in real time, ensuring visibility, governance clarity, and measurable performance outcomes.
Mobility becomes structured. Experience becomes seamless.
